Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager with a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the complete HR function, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, payroll coordination, policy implementation, and organizational development. The candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to support business growth and foster a positive work culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, performance management, and exit formalities.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices in line with organizational goals and statutory requirements.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for all departments and ensure timely hiring of quality talent.
- Partner with department heads to understand manpower requirements and workforce planning.
- Oversee employee engagement initiatives, grievance handling, conflict resolution, and employee welfare programs.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and statutory regulations.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and employee benefits administration.
- Design and implement performance appraisal systems, career development plans, and succession planning.
- Identify training and development needs and coordinate learning initiatives.
- Maintain HR records, employee documentation, and HRIS data with complete confidentiality.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, attrition analysis, recruitment metrics, and workforce analytics for management.
- Drive disciplinary procedures and ensure adherence to company policies and code of conduct.
- Support organizational change initiatives and promote a positive, performance-driven work culture.
- Mentor and guide the HR team to achieve departmental objectives.
Required Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources, Master of Human Resource Management (MHRM), or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
- Additional certifications in Labour Laws, HR Analytics, or Talent Management will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, labour laws, and statutory compliance.
- Expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
- Experience in payroll coordination and HR administration.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/HRIS software.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
Preferred Experience
- Minimum 10+ years of comprehensive HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in manufacturing, interiors, modular furniture, construction, bathware, sanitaryware, or building materials industries will be preferred.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end HR operations for a growing organization.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹54,514.43 per month
