Job Overview
ZFORB International is looking for enthusiastic and sales-driven Holiday Advisors to join our team. This is a target-based sales profile where you will work on company-generated leads, connect with prospective customers, explain the benefits of our travel membership programs, and convert inquiries into successful memberships.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact company-provided leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Explain ZFORB membership benefits and holiday offerings to potential customers.
- Understand customer travel preferences and recommend the most suitable membership plan.
- Build strong relationships and maintain regular follow-ups with prospects.
- Address customer queries and objections professionally.
- Achieve monthly sales and membership enrollment targets.
- Update lead status and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong interest in sales and customer engagement.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Prior experience in sales, telesales, travel sales, or membership sales is preferred.
