Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality inspections of coffee beans, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Evaluate coffee samples based on grading, cupping, moisture levels, and defects.
- Implement and maintain quality control protocols throughout processing and packaging.
- Collaborate with procurement and production teams to ensure quality consistency.
- Maintain quality records and generate reports for audits and certifications.
- Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–5 years in coffee quality assessment, preferably from the Coffee Board of India or a recognized coffee industry body.
- Degree/Diploma in Food Science, Agriculture, or related fields is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of coffee grading, cupping, and quality control techniques.
- Attention to detail and ability to identify defects and inconsistencies.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
