Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive qualified traffic, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through digital channels for multiple businesses owned by the company.
2. Manage and optimize brand presence across social media platforms, ensuring content supports performance goals such as engagement, traffic, and conversions. 3. Conduct keyword research and implement SEO optimizations to improve organic visibility, search rankings, and long-term acquisition.
4. Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across search and display platforms (SEM) to increase website visibility, improve conversion rates, and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
5. Create, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to drive user engagement, retention, and repeat conversions.
6. Develop high-performing ad copies, landing page content, and marketing communication tailored to different stages of the customer funnel.
7. Lead content planning and execution aligned with performance objectives, ensuring content drives awareness, engagement, and conversion while maintaining brand consistency.
8. Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates, and traffic, and continuously optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
Pay: ₹310,000.00 - ₹620,000.00 per year
