Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential and existing customers via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
- Generate and qualify sales leads.
- Explain company products and services to prospective clients.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM records.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for customer requirements.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and marketing reports.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales and marketing targets.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions.
