Position: Commi / CDP – Cold Kitchen

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present salads, sandwiches, cold appetizers, dressings, dips, and other cold kitchen items as per recipes and standards.
- Ensure food quality, taste, portion control, and presentation standards are maintained.
- Handle mise en place and preparation for daily operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the cold kitchen area in compliance with food safety standards.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management.
- Ensure proper storage and labeling of ingredients and prepared food items.
- Minimize food wastage and follow cost-control measures.
- Coordinate with other kitchen sections to ensure smooth service operations.
- Follow all kitchen SOPs, hygiene, and safety guidelines.
Requirements:
- 1–5 years of experience in Cold Kitchen operations (Commi/CDP level).
- Knowledge of salads, cold cuts, sandwiches, dressings, and continental cold preparations.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Hotel Management qualification preferred.
