Key Responsibilities
- Visit hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions to promote company products
- Build and maintain relationships with doctors, hospital staff, and purchase departments
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
- Follow up on inquiries and convert them into sales
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery
- Keep track of competitor activities and market trends
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on field activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field
- 1–4 years of experience in field marketing/sales (preferably in medical or pharma industry)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area
- Basic knowledge of medical equipment is a plus
- Self-motivated and target-driven
