Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
Primary Responsibility:
- To plan track and implement and ensure that the inventory of the right quantity of material is there at site level continuously.
- Ensure availability of material in time with out any delay in the execution of works.
- Maintaining the records for the goods sent to different departments.
- To submit MIS reports.
- To do Inventory Management & cost controlling
Secondary Responsibility:
- To identify the indent contents
- Supervising of receipt and issuing of stores material
- To do bill verification
- Arranging labour for loading & unloading.
- Track the materials ordered.
- Should have clarity of the materials in stores
Reporting:
- Daily reporting to General Manager.
- Update your daily working report
Ensure:
- That all reports are properly filled up.
Organizational compliances:
- Report on duty properly groomed. (Complete uniform, properly shaved with polished shoes)
- Always report on time as per company policy
- Liaise with the internal order-processing employees cordially.
- Attend meetings organized by the company on time and perform your duties to aid self, organizational and business development.
- Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.
- Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys.
- Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge and skills.
