Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive with a proven track record in the HoReCa sector. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key institutional accounts, and driving revenue growth within the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should have an existing network of contacts among chefs, purchase managers, and F&B managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and onboard new clients, including hotels, restaurants, cafes, and catering companies, to expand market presence.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key decision-makers like F&B managers and executive chefs.
- Sales Execution: Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and cold calling to product demonstrations, tastings, and deal closure.
- Account Optimization: Regularly visit existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports, maintain CRM data, and provide accurate sales forecasts to management.
- Operational Coordination: Work with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and resolve any delivery issues.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1year of sales experience specifically within the HoReCa or B2B food industry.
- Industry Network: A robust existing network of hospitality industry contacts is highly preferred.
Skills:
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and CRM software like Salesforce.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
Other: Willingness to travel extensively (60–80% field time) and a valid driver's license.
Preferred Skills
- Previous experience selling premium food products, beverages, or commercial kitchen equipment.
- Deep understanding of HoReCa procurement processes and product approval cycles.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
