Job Title: Computer Specialist / E-Commerce Executive
We are looking for a Computer Specialist / E-Commerce Executive to manage daily online operations for our fashion business. The ideal candidate should have basic computer knowledge and an interest in e-commerce, product listing, and online sales management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage product listings on Amazon, Ajio, Myntra, Shopify, and other online platforms.
- Upload product images, descriptions, sizes, and pricing accurately.
- Handle inventory updates, order processing, and dispatch coordination.
- Track sales reports and assist in promotions or ad campaigns.
- Respond to customer queries and coordinate returns/refunds.
- Maintain daily records and assist management with reports.
Required Skills:
- Basic to intermediate computer knowledge, including Excel, Word, and internet usage.
- Familiarity with online shopping portals or e-commerce tools is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma / Graduate.
- Experience in e-commerce or computer operations is preferred, but freshers can also apply.
