We are looking for an experienced SAP Transportation Management (TM) Consultant with strong exposure to SAP ECC and EWM integration to support an AMS engagement. Work exp : 8-10 yrs Location Pune (Hybrid)
- Provide L2/L3 support for SAP TM in an AMS environment (Incidents, Service Requests, Enhancements)
- Analyze and resolve TM-related issues in Order Planning, Freight Order Management, Execution, and Settlement
- Handle integration issues across SAP TM, EWM, and ECC
- Monitor and troubleshoot interfaces (IDoc, RFC, qRFC, PI/PO integrations)
- Perform root cause analysis and ensure timely resolution within SLA
- Support minor enhancements, configuration changes, and process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (EWM, MM, SD, FI)
- Participate in ticket triaging, prioritization, and governance calls
- Create and maintain functional documentation and SOPs
- Strong experience in SAP TM with AMS support exposure
- Understanding of Transportation Planning, Freight Units, Freight Orders, Charges
Management
- Knowledge of SAP ECC integration (SD/MM)
- Experience with SAP EWM integration scenarios
- Expertise in interfaces (IDoc, qRFC, CIF, PI/PO)
