We are seeking a talented, energetic individual who can help deliver hybrid events in b2b events. The position will be Remote Working reporting to our team in the US East Coast. The following are the expectations from the role:
- Support in delivering Hybrid and Virtual events
- Schedule and deliver speaker briefing sessions.
- Run speaker green rooms during live sessions, which means you should be comfortable with being on camera.
- Be the main point of contact of the client during live sessions, handling platform updates and user escalations.
- Use our player and content platform to tailor-made the clients’ apps and to ensure the best participants experience before, during, and after the event.
- Support clients with live interactivity and user support during their events either remotely or onsite
- Set-up and rehearsal onsite with the client and AV team before the event.
- Live monitoring of the platform and reporting on the metrics of the event.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the planning cycle and on-site execution
- Coordinate with AV vendors, streaming partners, venues, and our internal platform team to ensure flawless technical delivery
- Build detailed run-of-show documents, contingency plans, and troubleshooting protocols for every event
- Monitor live attendee engagement across physical and virtual channels and make real-time adjustments
- Conduct post-event analysis and translate data into recommendations for future improvements
- Support the sales team with event scoping, proposals, and client onboarding for new accounts
Requirements:
- Experience with event management (stage management, speaker coordination, other relevant).
- Have a modern computer, equipped with Google Chrome and MS Office.
- Have a fast and stable Internet connection (wifi / wired), as well as a mobile with 4G / 5G to fallback on if needed
- Clean basic background check.
- 3+ years of experience coordinating hybrid, virtual, or large-scale in-person events, specifically, b2b events.
- Hands-on familiarity with event tech platforms such as Hopin, Cvent, Bizzabo, vFairs, or similar
- Strong project management instincts — you build systems, not just to-do lists
- Composure under pressure; you're the person others look to when something breaks on a live broadcast
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with clients and cross-functional teams
