About Role:
The Business & Sales Growth Specialist is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, generating leads, conducting product demonstrations, engaging with healthcare professionals, and successfully closing sales. The role requires extensive customer follow-up, field visits, clinical discussions, and coordination with hospital stakeholders, including surgeons, doctors, physiotherapists, procurement, and biomedical departments, to ensure timely conversion of opportunities into business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, cold calling, networking, and customer engagement.
- Drive business growth and revenue by achieving assigned sales targets through effective lead generation, strategic customer engagement, continuous follow-ups, commercial negotiations, successful sales closures, and expansion of the customer base.
- Meet surgeons, doctors, physiotherapists, hospital administrators, and other healthcare professionals to present and promote the company's products and solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, clinical presentations, workshops, and hands-on sessions for customers.
- Address clinical and technical queries by providing accurate product information and coordinating with internal clinical teams when required.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, including doctors, procurement teams, biomedical engineers, hospital management, and distributors.
- Coordinate with procurement and biomedical departments to complete product evaluations, documentation, commercial discussions, and vendor registration.
- Maintain accurate records of customer meetings, follow-ups, sales activities, and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Achieve assigned monthly targets for customer meetings, demonstrations, sales closures, and revenue generation.
- Ensure excellent customer experience by providing timely responses and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
- Represent the organization professionally while complying with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical business practices.
