We are looking for a motivated and energetic Real Estate Executive to join our residential rental team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, be willing to travel within the city, and enjoy interacting with clients and property owners.
Responsibilities:
- Attend customer enquiries and understand their rental requirements.
- Show residential properties (1BHK, 2BHK, 3BHK, villas, etc.) to prospective tenants.
- Coordinate with property owners to collect property details, photos, videos, and rental information.
- Follow up with clients until the property is rented.
- Generate new leads through online platforms, field visits, and referrals.
- Maintain records of clients, property listings, and site visits.
- Assist with rental agreements and property handovers.
- Achieve monthly rental targets.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
