Position : Sponsorship Manager
Key Responsibilities:

Business Development: Proactively identify, prospect, and reach out to potential corporate sponsors across various sectors (FMCG, Tech, Banking, Lifestyle, etc.).
Custom Proposals: Design and present tailored sponsorship decks that align brand objectives with our musical properties.
Negotiation: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial cold outreach and pitching to contract negotiation and closing.
Account Management: Serve as the main point of contact for sponsors, ensuring all contractual obligations (social media shoutouts, logo placement, VIP access, etc.) are met.
On-Ground Activation: Oversee the execution of brand stalls and experimental marketing activations during live events to ensure maximum ROI for partners.
Post-Event Reporting: Compile comprehensive post-event reports for sponsors, highlighting reach, engagement data, and overall impact.
Qualifications
Experience: 3–5 years of experience in sponsorship sales, brand partnerships, or business development within the entertainment, media, or sports industry. Freshers with background and internship in sponsorship sales are considered.
Network: An established network of brand managers, marketing heads, and media agencies.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to pitch confidently to C-suite executives.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to understand a brand’s marketing goals and creatively integrate them into a live concert environment.
Self-Starter: A high degree of autonomy and the drive to meet and exceed revenue targets
Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
