We are Hiring: Front Desk Executive
Location: Kakkanad, Kochi
Salary: Up to ₹15,000 per month (Based on experience)

Key Responsibilities
- First Point of Contact: Greet clients, visitors, and guests with a warm, professional welcome and direct them appropriately.
- Call & Email Management: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while managing the official front-desk email correspondence.
- Office Administration: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area; track and order office supplies.
- Logistics Coordination: Handle incoming and outgoing couriers, mail, and deliveries.
- Visitor Logs: Maintain accurate records of visitor logs and security badges if applicable.
- Administrative Support: Assist HR and administrative teams with basic data entry, scheduling, and documentation tasks as needed.
What We Are Looking For
- Education: Any Graduate or Diploma holder.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in front office, reception, or customer service roles (Freshers with great communication skills are welcome to apply!).
- Languages: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi is a plus).
- Tech Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and handling basic office equipment (printers, scanners).
- Soft Skills: A pleasant personality, excellent multi-tasking abilities, and a customer-first attitude.
Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year
