Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented PPIC (Production Planning & Inventory Control) Executive to support production planning, inventory management, and coordination between departments. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and strong coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in production planning and scheduling based on sales orders and forecasts.
- Monitor daily production activities and ensure timely completion of plans.
- Maintain and track raw material, packaging material, and finished goods inventory.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, and Quality departments.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production and inventory reports.
- Follow up on material availability to avoid production delays.
- Update production data in ERP/Excel and maintain accurate records.
- Support inventory reconciliation and stock verification activities.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and inventory control procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (B.Sc., B.Com., BBA) or Diploma/B.Tech in Engineering/Production/Industrial Management.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in PPIC, Production Planning, Inventory Control, or a manufacturing environment.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Preferred Industry: Pharma, Herbal, FMCG, Manufacturing.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
