JOB ROLE: JUNIOR RUBBER TECHNOLOGIST
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in rubber formulation and compounding activities.
- Support new product development and new rubber specification development.
- Operate and monitor Compression & Injection rubber moulding machines.
- Set and control moulding parameters to achieve consistent product quality.
- Interpret engineering drawings and product specifications.
- Assist in mould setup, tool changeover, and basic maintenance.
- Conduct visual and dimensional inspection of moulded components.
- Coordinate with Quality and Maintenance teams for troubleshooting and process improvements.
- Maintain production records, reports, and shift logs.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and maintain workplace discipline (5S).
Technical Skills & Knowledge:
- Basic knowledge of rubber compounding.
- Knowledge of rubber testing as per ASTM standards.
- Understanding of polymer materials and testing methods.
- Familiarity with rubber moulding processes (Compression & Injection).
Qualifications:
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Polymer Technology, or related field.
Experience:
- Freshers and candidates with experience in rubber parts manufacturing or moulding are encouraged to apply.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
