Job Title: ERP Functional Consultant

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented ERP Functional Consultant to manage end-to-end ERP implementation and support business process transformation. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and deliver effective ERP solutions aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of ERP implementation including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support
- Analyze client business requirements and map them to ERP solutions and modules
- Develop solution designs and guide clients through implementation and post-implementation support phases
- Identify, analyze, and resolve complex issues related to business processes and data
- Ensure smooth transition across the customer lifecycle by collaborating with presales, implementation, and support teams
- Prepare detailed documentation including functional specifications, process flows, and user manuals
- Conduct client discussions to streamline requirements and ensure timely project delivery
- Coordinate with internal teams and lead project execution when required
- Provide ERP functional consultation and user training to clients
- Maintain daily activity reports aligned with project plans and schedules
Required Skills:
- 1–7 years of experience in ERP Functional Consulting or implementation
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions
- Experience in ERP modules such as Finance, Inventory, Procurement, or Manufacturing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good documentation and reporting skills
Preferred Skills:
- Domain knowledge in Manufacturing will be an added advantage
- Experience in ERP deployment and client handling
- Familiarity with implementation methodologies and project lifecycle
