About the Role:
Boche Group is looking for dynamic, well-groomed, and customer-centric hospitality professionals to join our premium properties in Kumbalangi and Wayanad. If you have a passion for luxury guest service, team leadership, and creating memorable dining experiences, we want you on board immediately.
Open Positions:
- Restaurant Captain: To oversee floor operations, manage service staff, handle guest orders, and ensure flawless fine-dining standards.
- Guest Relations Executive (GRE): To act as the primary face of the property, handle guest check-ins/welcomes, manage feedback, and ensure premium hospitality standards.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a premium restaurant, resort, or 3/4-star hotel environment (Experienced candidates highly preferred).
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Malayalam. Knowledge of Hindi/Tamil is a strong advantage.
- Availability: Must be ready to relocate to either Kumbalangi or Wayanad and join immediately.
- Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and a warm, presentable personality.
