About the Role
· We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Performance Tester with expertise in performance engineering, cloud infrastructure, observability, and JVM analysis.
· The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on experience in designing, executing, and analyzing large-scale performance testing frameworks and identifying performance bottlenecks across enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
· Design, develop, and execute performance testing strategies and frameworks for enterprise applications.
· Develop custom JMeter scripts for HTTP/HTML protocols, Web Services, and Reactive APIs.
· Perform load, stress, endurance, scalability, and capacity testing.
· Analyze application performance bottlenecks using tools such as Dynatrace, JVisualVM, and Java Mission Control (JMC).
· Conduct memory, heap dump, thread dump, CPU profiling, and JVM performance analysis.
· Set up and manage performance testing infrastructure in cloud environments.
· Work extensively with Rush Hour performance testing infrastructure.
· Build observability dashboards and monitoring solutions using Datadog and related tools.
· Collaborate with development, DevOps, SRE, and architecture teams to resolve performance issues.
· Participate in chaos engineering initiatives and performance resilience testing.
· Work with Docker and Kubernetes-based environments for scalable performance testing.
Must Have Skills
· Hands-on experience in Performance Testing using JMeter
· Expertise in HTTP/HTML Protocol and Web Services testing
· Ability to design custom JMeter scripts for Reactive APIs
· Rush Hour performance testing infrastructure

Educational Qualification
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
