Job Description
·Lead and manage a team to achieve sales targets and business goals. ·Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to expand the customer base. ·Manage sales activities, ensuring productivity of agents and timely processing of policies. ·Team Leadership & Development: ·Recruiting team member, train, motivate, and mentor sales staff, including Sales Managers and Personal Financial Advisors (PFAs). ·Ensure mandatory training and skill development for the team. ·Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide support to team members.
