The role in one line
You are the first point of contact for prospective clients. Your job is to win their trust, understand their needs, present our interior packages convincingly, and convert them into signed projects. Our architect and designers handle the design — you handle the close.
What you'll do
- Engage incoming leads (calls, walk-ins, our website & WhatsApp enquiries) and self-sourced leads; understand requirements and budget.
- Present DesignKart Interio's offerings — modular kitchens, wardrobes, full-home & commercial interiors, packages — clearly and persuasively.
- Build rapport fast; handle objections on price, timeline, and quality.
- Schedule and coordinate design-team meetings; follow up persistently until the deal closes.
- Generate local leads through your network (architects, builders, real-estate agents, channel partners).
- Maintain a clean pipeline and report conversions and follow-ups.
What we're looking for
- 2–3 years in sales, ideally interiors / modular / real estate / home improvement.
- Excellent communication and convincing ability — the core of this role.
- Working knowledge of interior items, terminology, and rough rates (materials, finishes, modular kitchens, wardrobes). You don't design, but you must talk credibly to a client.
- Bangalore-based, near or able to commute to Marathahalli; comfortable with client site visits.
- A plus: existing local contacts that can bring in leads.
