Job Summary
Magizh Handicrafts is looking for a friendly and customer-focused Counter Sales Executive to assist customers, promote products, and support daily showroom operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Explain product features, pricing, and ongoing offers.
Handle billing and sales transactions accurately.
Maintain product displays and ensure the showroom is neat and organized.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Follow up with customers and build good customer relationships.
Support inventory checking and stock management when required.
Prepare daily sales reports and update records.
Requirements
Any Degree or Higher Secondary qualification.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Customer service and sales-oriented mindset.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Preferred Skills
Experience in retail sales or showroom sales is an added advantage.
