We are a fast growing PCD Pharma company with a wide portfolio of over 500 Products. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented PCD Pharma Sales Executive to expand our franchise (PCD) network and drive sales growth. The candidate will be responsible for appointing new distributors, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and appoint new PCD franchise partners and distributors in assigned regions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Promote company products and generate business through PCD channels
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Handle client queries, provide product information, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely delivery
- Prepare regular sales reports and updates
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related field
- Proven experience in PCD pharma sales or pharmaceutical marketing preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of pharmaceutical products and market dynamics
- Ability to travel within assigned territory
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
Experience
- 1–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or PCD franchise business
