Role Description:
This is an immediate requirement for a full-time role for a Interior Site
Supervisor with minimum 1 year experience.
The candidate is required to travel to the on-going project sites on a daily basis and should own a two-wheeler and a valid driver's license. Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Site Visits: Supervise the works at on-going project sites and report to the Project Manager
- Project Planning: Prepare project plans, provide work progress reports, and oversee and coordinate the various works and teams at the project sites
- Project Handling: Undertake execution and management of projects from concept to completion, including site escalations
- Client Interaction: Ability to effectively communicate concepts to clients
- Material Selection: Knowledge and understanding of the various materials and finishes
- Communication Skills: English, Hindi, Telugu
Time Management: Prioritize and manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Civil or similar backgrounds
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in similar job profile
- Sincere, honest & hardworking
- Attention to detail and process-oriented
- The candidate should be willing to join immediately
- Should have a valid driving license
- Should own a two-wheeler
