Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Research and identify potential clients, target markets, and industry trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations with potential customers.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable business solutions.
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets.
- Follow up with leads regularly and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase market presence and business growth.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, seminars, and networking activities to generate business.
- Monitor competitors' activities, pricing, and market trends to identify business opportunities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and submit them to the reporting manager.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets as assigned by the management.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing timely support and maintaining professional communication.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns and promotional activities.

Travelling Requirement
- The role requires regular travel for client meetings, business development activities, market visits, exhibitions, seminars, and other official assignments.
- The employee should be willing to travel locally as well as outstation, as and when required by the Company.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
