Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. This role involves designing book covers and layouts for print and digital formats, developing branding and marketing materials, editing multimedia content, and ensuring high-quality production standards. The ideal candidate is passionate about visual storytelling and can translate complex educational content into compelling, user-friendly designs.
Key Responsibilities:
A. Book Design & Layout:
● Develop unique and innovative design concepts for book covers, interiors, and layouts of eBooks, paperbacks, and hardbacks.
● Ensure high-quality, visually appealing, and accurate designs that meet publication standards and effectively communicate educational content.
● Format books for print (paperback, hardback) and digital (EPUB, MOBI, PDF), maintaining design templates and guidelines for consistent branding.
B. Branding & Marketing Design:
● Create promotional materials such as catalogs, banners, social media graphics, advertisements, and presentations.
● Maintain a consistent visual identity across all brand assets.
● Design materials for both online and offline marketing campaigns.
C. Video Editing & Multimedia Design:
● Edit and produce short promotional videos, book trailers, and author interviews.
● Work with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Corel VideoStudio.
● Create engaging animations and motion graphics for marketing and educational content.
D. Production & Quality Control:
● Prepare print-ready files for offset and digital printing, ensuring adherence to printer specifications.
● Optimize book designs for readability, accessibility, and compatibility across multiple devices.
● Conduct quality checks on final proofs before publication.
Requirements:
● Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and CorelDRAW. ● Strong skills in Graphic Design, UI & UX Design, and familiarity with digital art tools.
● Ability to work with video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Corel VideoStudio.
● Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
● Strong sense of color theory, typography, and layout principles.
● Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

● Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
● Eagerness to earn certifications in relevant skills such as Colour Theory, Adobe Photoshop, Digital Art, Figma, Rapid Prototyping, UI & UX Design, and Wireframing.
