About the Role
TechnoGeo Soft Solution Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive business growth across ERP Solutions, AI-Powered Products, and Government Projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to identify and convert business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities through various channels including LinkedIn, networking, referrals, email campaigns, and market research.
- Promote and sell ERP solutions, AI-based products, and digital transformation services to corporate and government clients.
- Explore and manage opportunities through Government e-Marketplace (GeM), tenders, RFPs, and other procurement platforms.
- Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, presentations, and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, commercial offers, and business presentations.
- Collaborate with technical and project teams to develop tailored solutions for client requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Achieve assigned revenue targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in ERP Sales, Software Sales, AI Solutions Sales, IT Services Sales, or Government Project Sales.
- Strong understanding of ERP platforms such as Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar solutions.
- Experience working with GeM, government tenders, RFPs, and procurement processes will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to independently manage the complete sales process.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and sales reporting.

Target & Performance Expectations
- This is a target-based role, and the candidate will be responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual business development targets.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into business opportunities as per the assigned targets.
- Consistently achieve revenue, sales, and client acquisition goals set by the management.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular updates on lead status, conversions, and forecasted business.
- Performance will be evaluated based on target achievement, revenue generation, client acquisition, and overall contribution to business growth.
- Candidates should be self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of working under target-based performance metrics.
