Matta Hardware Pvt. Ltd. is a leading supplier of premium architectural hardware, modular kitchen accessories, furniture fittings, door hardware, wardrobe accessories, and related products. We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
- Sell hardware, modular kitchen, wardrobe, and furniture fitting products to retail and walk-in customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers for order confirmation.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, contractors, architects, interior designers, and builders.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and applications.
- Keep up-to-date with new products, brands, and industry trends.
- Coordinate with the billing and warehouse teams for smooth order processing and timely deliveries.
- Resolve customer queries and provide excellent after-sales support.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in sales of hardware, modular kitchen accessories, furniture fittings, sanitary products, or building materials.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of architectural hardware and kitchen products..
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills.
Office Timing will be 10:30AM to 08:00PM
Preferred Skills
- Experience in handling premium hardware brands.
- Knowledge of modular kitchen accessories and furniture fittings.
- Ability to generate new business and maintain existing customer relationships.
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
