Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.

4–6 years of experience in:

Commercial Real Estate

Or a related field

Proven ability to complete tasks within defined SLAs and quality standards.

Ability to work independently and effectively resolve issues or conflicts.

Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).

Strong customer service skills and ability to effectively communicate with Americas-based teams.

Strong team-player mindset with the ability to build positive working relationships with peers and global teams.

Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.

Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Knowledge of Salesforce, Workday, or other Accounting/CRM systems preferred.

Knowledge or experience in the Commercial Real Estate industry is an added advantage.
