- Handle daily office administration activities.
- Maintain office files, records, and documents.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, and staff.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, reports, and presentations.
- Monitor office supplies and place purchase requests when required.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Support HR and accounts-related basic activities.
