Position Overview
The Course Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating all training programs, including Digital Marketing, SEO, PPC, SMO, Web Development, Designing, MERN/MEAN Stack, Angular Development, and related courses. The role involves ensuring smooth execution of classes, student management, trainer coordination, academic planning, and maintaining high-quality training delivery.
Key ResponsibilitiesTraining Coordination
- Schedule and manage class timetables for all training programs.
- Coordinate with trainers for session planning, availability, and content delivery.
- Maintain attendance records and ensure classroom readiness.
- Manage online/offline class operations efficiently.
Student Management
- Assist students with course-related queries and guidance.
- Maintain student progress reports and training logs.
- Address student concerns, feedback, and escalate issues when required.
- Ensure timely distribution of study materials, assignments, and resources.
Academic & Operational Support
- Prepare course calendars, module breakdowns, and training schedules.
- Ensure all sessions are conducted as per curriculum and quality standards.
- Monitor project submissions, assessments, and evaluations.
- Coordinate with the placement/support team for student internship or job activities.
Communication & Administration
- Act as a single point of contact among management, trainers, and students.
- Draft academic documents, notices, and internal communication.
- Organize orientation sessions, workshops, and special classes.
- Maintain and update training dashboards/reports for management.
Quality Assurance
- Ensure the delivery of standardized curriculum for:
- Digital Marketing
- SEO, PPC, SMO
- Web Development
- Web Designing
- MERN/MEAN Stack
- Angular / PHP / MySQL Training
- Regularly collect student feedback and take corrective actions.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage academic operations
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing & IT courses (preferred)
- Basic understanding of scheduling tools & CRM systems
- Problem-solving and student-handling skills
- Good organizational and documentation abilities
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 3–6 years in training coordination / academic operations / ed-tech roles
- Experience in managing technical and digital marketing programs will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
