Qualification: Minimum B.Tech
Experience: 5+ Years
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Business Branch Head to lead and manage branch operations across different locations in Uttar Pradesh. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the education industry with expertise in handling paid courses, ITI courses, admissions, and branch administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee complete branch operations and ensure smooth functioning of the institute.
- Drive admissions and enrollments for paid courses and ITI programs.
- Develop strategies to increase student intake and revenue generation.
- Coordinate regularly with the Head Office team for reporting and operational alignment.
- Manage branch staff, faculty, and administrative processes efficiently.
- Ensure high standards of student service and satisfaction.
- Monitor branch performance, targets, and profitability.
- Maintain discipline, compliance, and proper administration of the institute.
- Build local market presence and brand awareness.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the education sector.
- Proven experience in branch operations, admissions, and team management.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Target-oriented with business growth mindset.
- Good knowledge of ITI/skill development/paid courses operations preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Candidate from education/skill development/training industry only.
- Willing to relocate/travel within Uttar Pradesh locations.
- Strong administrative and business management capabilities.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
