Role Summary
As an Outreach Intern, you will support the marketing and business development team in building relationships with potential clients, partners, influencers, and online communities. This role is ideal for someone who wants to gain practical exposure to digital outreach, lead generation, email communication, and online brand promotion.
Key Responsibilities
- Research potential clients, websites, influencers, and business partners relevant to our services.
- Assist in executing email outreach campaigns and follow-up communications.
- Build and maintain outreach databases and contact lists.
- Support guest posting, backlink outreach, and collaboration activities.
- Coordinate with the SEO, content, and marketing teams for outreach campaigns.
- Track outreach performance and maintain accurate records of responses and conversions.
- Help identify new opportunities for brand partnerships and online visibility.
- Draft professional emails, messages, and communication templates.
- Monitor competitor outreach strategies and industry trends.
- Assist in generating weekly outreach activity reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, SEO, or online communication.
- Familiarity with Google Sheets, MS Excel, and internet research.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple tasks.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a collaborative environment.
Good to Have
- Knowledge of SEO, backlinks, guest posting, or influencer outreach.
- Experience using LinkedIn, email marketing tools, or CRM platforms.
