Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Senior Admission Counsellor to join our growing EdTech team. The role involves guiding aspiring learners, providing personalized academic solutions, and driving successful enrollments
.Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound student queries and follow up with leads (database provided).
- Initiate outbound calls to maximize enrollments and achieve sales targets.
- Conduct virtual counseling sessions and product demos.
- Match educational programs with individual career goals.
- Present product offerings confidently and persuasively.
- Build long-term relationships with students through empathy and active listening.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and track lead progress.
- Share weekly sales and performance reports with management.
- Ensure student satisfaction to improve referrals and retention.
- Stay updated with new programs and industry trends through training.
Candidate Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in admissions counseling or outbound sales (EdTech preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident, empathetic, and proactive approach.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Target-driven with good problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking platforms.
