About the Role
We are seeking an experienced AI Solutions Architect / AI Engineer to lead the design, development, deployment, and optimization of advanced AI-driven applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), scalable backend systems, and production deployment.
Key Responsibilities
· Design and develop scalable AI/ML architectures for enterprise applications.
· Build and optimize LLM-powered applications and RAG systems.
· Implement Agentic AI workflows and multi-agent systems.
· Develop scalable REST APIs using FastAPI or similar frameworks.
· Manage vector databases such as ChromaDB, Pinecone, FAISS, or Weaviate.
· Deploy AI applications using Docker and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
· Optimize AI model performance, latency, and retrieval accuracy.
· Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver production-ready AI solutions.
Required Skills
· Strong proficiency in Python.
· Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLM applications.
· Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
· Knowledge of FastAPI, REST APIs, and backend system design.
· Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and vector databases.
· Hands-on experience with Docker, CI/CD, and cloud deployments.
· Strong problem-solving and system architecture skills.
Preferred Skills
· Experience with OCR and document AI pipelines.
· Knowledge of fine-tuning smaller LLMs.
· Experience with AI observability and monitoring tools.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
· 3+ years of experience in AI/ML.
· Experience delivering production-grade AI applications.
