The Role: Video Editor Intern (1 Seat Open)
Make raw footage feel like a finished story. Pacing, sound design, colour, and the small cuts nobody notices but everyone feels—that is your craft.
What You’ll Actually Do:
- Short-Form & Long-Form Edits: Cut fast-paced, engaging content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, brand promos, and long-form YouTube videos.
- Sound Design & Colour Grading: Add dynamic audio textures, sound effects, music sync, and clean grading to turn flat clips into cinematic edits.
- Motion Graphics & Captions: Design kinetic typography, animated hooks, motion overlays, and clean subtitle styling.
- Visual Language: Build and maintain a distinct, cohesive aesthetic identity across client campaigns.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Fluent in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or After Effects (your weapon of choice).
- You obsess over the cut that just feels right—rhythm, timing, visual match cuts, and audio pacing.
- You can take direction, collaborate with creators, and push back when you have a better creative solution.
- You take raw, messy footage and transform it into a gripping story.
Relevant Skills & Tools:
- Core Craft: Cuts, Rhythm, Timing, Cutting & Pacing, Sound Design, Colour Grading, Motion Graphics, Subtitles.
- Software: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, Audition, Final Cut Pro.
