Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, retrieve, and manage errored or stalled service orders from multiple systems.
- Identify root causes of order fallouts and resolve programming issues to ensure timely service completion.
- Provide programming and technical support to field technicians and internal teams through various support channels.
- Assist with service provisioning, ONT changes, activations, and service restoration activities.
- Prioritize tasks to minimize service disruptions and improve customer experience.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow established operational procedures.
Requirements
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work across multiple applications and systems.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Experience in Telecom Operations, Order Management, Technical Support, or Customer Support is preferred.
- Knowledge of service provisioning, order management, or network operations is an added advantage.
- Willingness to work in rotational or night shifts, if required.
Pay: ₹241,669.82 - ₹850,134.40 per year
