We are looking for an experienced and resourceful professional to manage contractor and labor vendor acquisition for our interior execution projects across Bengaluru. The role involves identifying, onboarding, coordinating, and maintaining a strong network of skilled contractual workers and site execution vendors for residential interior projects
Educational Qualification
- Any graduate / diploma holder.
- Candidates with civil, interior, construction, or operations background preferred
Preferred Background
Candidates from Interior Design, Construction, Civil Contracting, Modular Furniture, or Real Estate execution industries.
- Experience working with site contractors, labor vendors, or project execution teams is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard skilled contractual workers and labor vendors across Bengaluru.
- Develop a strong network of carpenters, electricians, false ceiling teams, painters, partition workers, and site labor contractors.
- Coordinate with project and operations teams regarding manpower requirements for ongoing projects.
- Ensure timely availability of workers at project sites.
- Negotiate labor rates and maintain cost-effective vendor relationships
Role Objective
Build and manage a reliable network of contractors, carpenters, electricians, false ceiling workers, painters, site helpers, and other execution vendors required for residential interior projects
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
