We are looking for a creative and driven Junior Android Developer to join our mobile development team in Pune. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality Android applications that deliver an exceptional user experience.

Key Responsibilities
- App Development: Design, code, and maintain robust, high-quality native Android applications.
- UI/UX Implementation: Build highly responsive, smooth, and user-friendly mobile interfaces using XML layouts.
- Data Storage Management: Integrate and manage local data storage efficiently using SQLite database operations, including complex queries and transactions.
- API Integration: Connect mobile apps to backend services by integrating RESTful APIs and handling JSON data parsing seamlessly.
- Testing & Debugging: Rigorously test, debug, and fix performance bottlenecks or crashes to ensure maximum app stability.
- Play Store Deployment: Assist in publishing applications to the Google Play Store and manage versioning and updates.
- Cross-Functional Teamwork: Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and QA testers to deliver clean, end-to-end features.
- Continuous Learning: Keep pace with the latest Android trends, SDK updates, tools, and industry best practices.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements)
- Core Technical Skills: Strong foundational knowledge of Core Java / Kotlin and the Android SDK.
- UI Design: Practical experience designing application screens using XML layouts.
- Android Architecture: Good familiarity with core Android architecture components, including Activities, Fragments, Services, and Broadcast Receivers.
- Networking & Data: Sound understanding of REST APIs, JSON parsing, and networking libraries like Retrofit or Volley.
- Database Knowledge: Hands-on experience writing queries, managing transactions, and handling local data storage with SQLite.
- Tools & Version Control: Familiarity with Android Studio and version control systems using Git.
- Design Sensibility: A basic understanding of Google’s Material Design guidelines and mobile UI/UX principles.
- Professional Attributes: A strong problem-solving mindset, meticulous attention to detail, good communication skills, and a collaborative team attitude.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Education: B.Tech / BCA / MCA in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years (Freshers with solid personal projects, GitHub portfolios, or Android development internships are highly preferred).
- Joining Timeline: Immediate joiners will be given strong preference.
- Job Location: Pune, India.
Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
