We are currently looking for motivated appointment setters who can start conversations, identify opportunities, and schedule meetings with business owners.
This is a remote, commission-based opportunity with flexible working hours and significant earning potential for consistent performers.

Your Role
Your responsibility is simple:
* Contact business owners and decision-makers
* Introduce Orvion’s services
* Identify businesses that may benefit from a new website or digital improvements
* Qualify prospects using our process
* Schedule meetings for the founder
* Maintain accurate lead records and call outcomes
You are not responsible for closing sales, negotiating pricing, preparing proposals, or handling technical discussions.

Compensation
Commission Structure
This is a 100% commission-based freelance position.
You earn:
10% commission on every client project you help generate.
Commission becomes payable after:
1. The client signs the agreement
2. Payment is received by Orvion
3. The payment has successfully cleared
Commission is paid within 7 business days of payment clearance.

There is no earning cap.

Who We’re Looking For
* Based in Ahmedabad (preferred)
* Fluent in Gujarati and Hindi
* Basic English communication skills
* Comfortable speaking with business owners
* Confident on phone calls
* Consistent and self-disciplined
* Able to handle rejection professionally
* Willing to learn and follow a proven process
Previous sales experience is helpful but not required.
