Job Designation: Senior Operation Officer
Qualification: MBBS/MBA
Job Responsibilites:
1. Strategic Leadership & Governance
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Drive long-term growth, expansion plans, and service development.
- Establish KPIs and performance measurement criteria for all key departments
- Lead organization to achieve vision, mission, and process improvement initiatives.
2. Operational Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations of all diagnostic services including franchise , collection points
- Ensure efficient workflow management, turnaround times (TAT), and service quality.
- Standardize processes across branches to maintain uniform service delivery.
- Monitor and improve patient experience and satisfaction levels.
- Calculate ROI investment from all investments.
5. Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with NABL, and other regulatory standards.
- Implement quality control systems and audits across all departments.
- Monitor accuracy of diagnostic reports and minimize errors.
- Lead accreditation processes and continuous quality improvement programs.
6. Financial & Business Management
- Prepare and manage operational budgets.
- Monitor revenue, cost control, and profitability of each unit.
- Optimize resource utilization (equipment, manpower, consumables).
- Identify new revenue streams and business opportunities.
- Implement data-driven decision-making using MIS reports and analytics.
8. Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Manage relationships with:
- Equipment suppliers
- Service vendors
- Hospital partners and referring doctors
- Negotiate contracts and ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are met.
9. Risk Management
- Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure patient safety and data confidentiality.
- Handle escalations, complaints, and critical incidents effectively.
