Job Title: Tender Executive – GeM Portal

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage company profile and activities on Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal
- Search and identify relevant government tenders/bids
- Analyze tender documents, eligibility criteria, and requirements
- Prepare and submit online bids/tenders on GeM portal
- Handle product/service catalogue creation and updates
- Upload required documents, certificates, and compliance details
- Prepare quotations, technical and financial proposals
- Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, documents, and approvals
- Track tender status, bid results, and purchase orders
- Manage GeM orders from quotation to delivery completion
- Maintain records of all tenders, bids, and contracts
- Coordinate with government departments for queries and clarifications
- Ensure compliance with GeM rules and policies
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with GeM Portal
- Knowledge of government tendering process
- Knowledge of e-procurement portals
- Tender documentation and bid preparation
- MS Excel & MS Word proficiency
- Basic knowledge of GST, invoices, and compliance documents
- Good communication and follow-up skills
Experience:
- Experienced: 2–5 years preferred.
Qualification:
- Any Graduate (B.Com/BBA/BA/B.Tech preferred depending on business).
- MBA/PG Diploma in Procurement is an advantage.
Salary:
- As per industry standards / based on experience.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
