Position Summary
We are building a new category at the intersection of:
- Wellness
- Ayurveda
- Hospitality
- Functional Food & Beverage
- Café Culture
- Franchise Networks
The General Manager – Brand Operations & Franchise Excellence will be responsible for designing, standardizing, documenting, implementing, and scaling the complete operating system.
This is not a restaurant manager role.
This is a brand-building role requiring expertise in:
- Café operations
- Restaurant systems
- SOP creation
- Recipe standardization
- Franchise development
- Training systems
- Quality control
- Vendor management
- Multi-unit operations
The objective is to build a scalable hospitality platform capable of operating company-owned and franchised outlets across India and international markets.
