We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Operator to manage and maintain hospital records accurately and efficiently. The role involves entering patient information, updating hospital databases, supporting administrative operations, and ensuring confidentiality of medical and operational data.

Key Responsibilities
● Enter and update patient registration details, appointments, admissions, and discharge information in the Hospital Management System (HMS).
● Maintain accurate electronic records and verify data before submission.
● Process OPD, IPD, laboratory, pharmacy, billing, and administrative data.
● Scan, upload, organize, and archive patient documents.
● Generate reports and support hospital departments with required documentation.
● Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality.
● Coordinate with reception, nursing, billing, laboratory, and medical teams for record updates.
● Monitor and correct data discrepancies promptly.
● Support insurance, audit, and compliance-related documentation.
● Maintain proper filing and record management procedures.
● Handle basic administrative and clerical tasks when required.
Qualifications
● Intermediate / Degree / Diploma in any discipline.
● Certification in Computer Applications or Data Entry preferred.
● Basic knowledge of Hospital Management Systems (HMS) is an advantage.
Experience
● 0–2 years of experience in data entry, administration, healthcare, or hospital operations.
● Freshers may apply.
