This role requires strong people, negotiation, and strategic skills, along with knowledge of employment laws and dealership operations, particularly regarding communication with host manufacturing companies about recalls and new models.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Management:Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and offboarding employees for diverse roles like mechanics, sales advisors, and administrative staff.
- Employee Relations:Address grievances and employee concerns, handle disciplinary procedures, and foster a positive, productive workplace culture.
- Compliance:Ensure the dealership adheres to all relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Policy & Procedure Development:Create, implement, and manage HR strategies, policies, and procedures to align with business goals and promote a positive work environment.
- Performance & Development:Implement and manage performance appraisal systems, identify training needs, and facilitate training programs for staff development.
- Compensation & Benefits:Maintain and administer pay plans and benefits programs for employees.
- HR Systems & Reporting:Utilize HR Information Systems (HRIS) for managing employee data and generating reports and metrics for management decision-making.
- Dealership-Specific Tasks:Coordinate with dealership management on staffing needs, manage employee engagement programs, and handle tasks like uniform and gift distribution.
- External Communications:Facilitate communication with host manufacturing companies to stay informed about recalls, new models, and other critical operational information.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
