About the Role

As the real estate market evolves — with increasing regulatory requirements, operational complexity, and client expectations — the need for intelligent, scalable solutions has never been greater.
We are seeking a highly motivated and forward-thinking AI Solutions Engineer with experience in Large Language Models (LLMs) and automation. This role is pivotal in designing and deploying AI-driven systems that enhance efficiency, improve decision-making, and elevate client experience across sales, lettings, and property management.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions and intelligent agents to automate real estate workflows
- Work with LLMs (e.g. Claude, GPT and similar models) to build scalable automation systems
- Implement prompt engineering strategies and continuously optimise model outputs
- Integrate AI solutions with internal systems, CRMs, and third-party property platforms
- Develop automation across key areas, including:
- Lead qualification and client engagement
- Property recommendations and matching
- Tenant and landlord communications
- Compliance tracking and documentation workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI adoption and process improvement
- Monitor system performance and ensure reliability, accuracy, and compliance with UK regulations
- Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies and PropTech trends
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience in building or working with AI agents and LLM-based applications
- Strong understanding of tools such as Claude, OpenAI (GPT), or equivalent platforms
- Experience in prompt engineering, automation workflows, and API integrations
- Solid problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Experience working with data and system integrations
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
