Profile- Fabrication Supervisor
Experience – 4 to 6 years
Salary- 25k -30k
Location- Zirakpur
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily fabrication and production activities.
- Manage and monitor fabrication workers, fitters, welders, and helpers.
- Ensure work is completed as per drawings, specifications, and deadlines.
- Maintain quality standards and workplace safety.
- Coordinate with management, production, and site teams.
- Plan manpower, materials, and work schedules.
- Monitor machine utilization and productivity.
- Prepare daily work progress reports.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in fabrication, welding, and steel structure work.
- Ability to read and understand fabrication drawings.
- Good team handling and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of quality control and safety procedures.
- Responsible, disciplined, and result-oriented.
