We are a leading home furnishing store in Haridwar, offering a wide range of curtains, upholstery fabrics, bedsheets, towels, mattresses, cushions, and home décor products. We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team and help provide an excellent shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and understand their requirements.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable home furnishing products based on their needs and budget.
- Explain product features, pricing, and available offers.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the showroom is clean and organized.
- Handle billing, cash/card payments, and basic sales records (if required).
- Assist in stock management, inventory checks, and product replenishment.
- Follow up with customers regarding orders and deliveries when needed.
- Build long-term relationships with customers through courteous and professional service.
- Work closely with the store owner and other team members to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
- Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of Hindi is essential; English is an advantage.
- Positive attitude, honesty, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a team and handle customers politely.
- Basic smartphone and billing/POS knowledge is preferred.

Working Hours
- Full-time (6 days a week)
- Weekly off as per store schedule.
